Shell CORES

Utilizing a variety of different shell sands allows TH to tailor cores to the customers needs. We use 60 or 80 grain sands, ranging from 1.5% to 3.75% resin. Shell cores are hollow and therefore lightweight. They have a fine surface finish and a long shelf life. Our vertically split rollover machines can easily drain both small and large shell cores. We have over forty shell core machines of various size to fit any project.
